Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Toraja Utara Regency 2024

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey organized by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and public services. Respondents in SKD 2024 are consumers who receive services from the BPS Integrated Statistical Services (PST) unit. In general, the purpose of the implementation of SKD 2024 is to obtain evaluation materials from consumers as support for improving the quality of statistical data and information. The results of SKD 2024 are presented in the form of a publication containing descriptive analysis of consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and consumer satisfaction with data quality. The data is presented in the form of tables, graphs and infographics. Some of the main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (CCI), the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK), and the percentage of consumers who are satisfied with BPS services and data quality. The scope of the analysis of SKD 2024 results is the North Toraja Regency BPS PST.
